How to request access to a record
A person requesting access to a record held by Juchepi Group (Pty) Ltd / SafeLink Kids should complete the prescribed PAIA Form 2 and submit it to the Information Officer using the contact details above.
A request concerning a private body must identify the record requested, identify the right the requester seeks to exercise or protect, and explain why access to the requested record is required for that purpose.

Where identity or authority verification is reasonably required to protect personal information or the rights of another person, the Information Officer may request appropriate supporting documentation.
Fees and decisions
Any request or access fee will be dealt with in accordance with the fees prescribed under PAIA. SafeLink does not hard-code statutory fees on this page because prescribed amounts may change.
A requester will be notified of the outcome of a PAIA request and any applicable fee or further procedure required under PAIA.
Complaints
A requester or affected third party who is dissatisfied with a decision relating to a private-body PAIA request may use the remedies available under PAIA, including lodging a complaint with the Information Regulator where applicable.
